项目背景 Project background
沧州渤海酒店位于沧州市西城核心地段，北京路与吉林大道交口。毗临沧州高铁站、会展中心、游泳馆、体育馆、狮城公园、博物馆等，地理位置优越，交通便利。全新的全日制餐厅成为了AM为沧州渤海酒店设计的第一步，也为沧州渤海酒店打开了全新的篇章。
Cangzhou Bohai hotel is located in the core area of Cangzhou Xicheng, at the intersection of Beijing Road and Jilin Avenue. It is adjacent to Cangzhou high speed railway station, exhibition center, swimming pool, gymnasium, lion city park, museum, etc., with advantageous geographical location and convenient transportation. The new full-time restaurant has become the first step of AM’s design for Cangzhou Bohai Hotel and opened a new chapter for Cangzhou Bohai hotel.
设计初衷 Design intention
海纳百川，不同时间的海都能呈现出不同美好画面，如波光粼粼、倒映星空、海天一色。通过现代艺术的设计手法进行元素提炼，打造符合现代人审美观的空间。国际前卫的设计视角，引领现代人精致的生活方式和餐饮体验。
The sea embraces hundreds of rivers, and the sea at different times can present different beautiful pictures, such as sparkling, reflecting the starry sky and the sea and sky in the same color. Through the design techniques of modern art, elements are refined to create a space in line with the aesthetic concept of modern people. International avant-garde design perspective, leading modern people’s exquisite lifestyle and dining experience.

此设计作为酒店独立的全日制餐厅，在设计时首要考虑的就是在设计的整体风格上要延续酒店的整体风格，其次就是作为一个能够独立的全日制餐厅要在原有基础上加上自己独特的特点。
As an independent full-time restaurant in the hotel, the first consideration in the design is to continue the overall style of the hotel, and the second is to add its own unique characteristics to the original basis as an independent full-time restaurant.
在规划的多人用餐区，色调的延用上，我们选用棕色的基调作为主要色调，在其中又添加代表海洋的蓝色及富有活力的绿色色调，让整体层次鲜明靓丽，冷热色调相互搭配形成醒目却又恰如其分的对比。
In the planned multi person dining area, we choose the brown tone as the main tone, and add blue and vibrant green color representing the ocean to make the overall level bright and beautiful. The cold and hot colors match each other to form a striking but appropriate contrast.
不同的材质在空间中综合运用，不同的肌理形成有节奏的韵律感，木质板材的双层隔断，让空间相隔更加独立、私密，既保证了空间的通透性，也让空间更加灵活。
Different materials are comprehensively used in the space, and different texture forms a rhythmic sense. The double-layer partition of wood plate makes the space more independent and private, which not only ensures the permeability of the space, but also makes the space more flexible.
餐厅接待处设计，简洁却不简单，地面选用大理石板材，并利用板材自然的纹理在凸显自然的奥妙无穷魅力。吊顶没有做过多的修饰，用简单的平面构造出开阔的空间，除了巧妙的设计，让视觉上明朗起来外，设计师精心选择了各种传统风格装饰物、古朴的书架及推拉木门，既在风格上墓定基础，又为空间平添几分艺术气息。
The design of the reception desk of the restaurant is simple but not simple. The floor is made of large area of marble plate, and the natural texture of the board is used to highlight the mysterious charm of nature. The ceiling is not decorated too much, and the simple plane structure creates an open space. In addition to the ingenious design, which makes the vision clear, the designer carefully selects various traditional style decorations, simple bookshelves and sliding wooden doors, which not only establishes the foundation on the style, but also adds a bit of artistic flavor to the space.
步入餐厅，整体视觉清明，简约时尚的风格会让客人身心放松，尽享用餐时间。
Entering the restaurant, the overall visual clarity, simple and fashionable style will make the guests relax and enjoy the meal time.
设计师将黑色、白色与古铜色搭配的和谐有序，金属材质的丝网在空中交汇成形，为空间添加了潮流感，在考虑到餐厅是以西餐为主的半自助餐厅时，我们对其空间分割重新做了定义,在设计时，将通道加宽，分区为可以容纳不同人数的就餐区位，将立柱为整体的分割点，以网状编织将空间层次分割明确。
The designer combines black, white and bronze colors in a harmonious and orderly manner. The metal wire mesh is formed in the air, adding a tidal wave to the space. Considering that the restaurant is a semi cafeteria dominated by Western food, we redefine its space division, In the design, the passage will be widened, divided into dining areas that can accommodate different numbers of people, the column will be the overall segmentation point, and the spatial level will be clearly divided by mesh weaving.
在材质选用上，我们大量的使用了原木、玻璃、大理石、金属等多种材质。华而不奢、雅而不俗的设计理念，将整个空间打造成简约而不简单的多元化空间。汲取中国传统元素，通过配饰的运用使所有小风格统一、区域有别，达到功能与审美的结合。
In the material selection, we use a large number of logs, glass, marble, metal and other materials. The design concept of Chinese but not extravagant, elegant and not vulgar will create the whole space into a simple but not simple diversified space. Learn from Chinese traditional elements, through the use of accessories to make all small styles unified, regional differences, to achieve the combination of function and aesthetic.
不同的材质在空间中综合运用，不同的肌理所形成有节奏的韵律感，明快通透的组合形式组成室内空间。在顶端灯饰选用上，我们选用透明亚克力，如蜻蜓点水一般，点缀整体的大厅空间。尽可能减弱现有空间局促感，增强空间的表现性。
Different materials are comprehensively used in the space, and the rhythmic sense is formed by different texture, and the interior space is composed of bright and transparent combination forms. In the selection of top lighting, we choose transparent acrylic, such as dragonfly skimming water, to decorate the overall hall space. As far as possible to reduce the sense of the existing space, enhance the performance of the space.
本项目全部灯具以及顶部装饰均为定制。AM设计提出为客户进行定制化设计服务，根据不同的客户的设计需求，为其定制服务。
All lamps and top decoration of the project are customized. Am design provides customized design services for customers, and provides customized services for different customers according to their design requirements.
此次对AM设计而言，也是一次挑战与超越。施工过程中遇到的问题与挑战，都一一被AM设计所攻克。
